Location
Services are provided through the web-based, HIPAA compliant platform doxy.me. You will receive the link for sessions prior to our session via email and/or text, depending on your preference. My office is located in Bourbonnais, IL.
Availability
I schedule appointments Sunday through Thursday. There are no appointments available on Friday or Saturday.
Fees and Insurance
I am currently in network with BlueCross BlueShield Choice, BlueCross BlueShield PPO, Optum/United Behavioral Health, Cigna, and Medicare. I am also covered by Aetna insurance.
